Ann Wilkinson is a long-time resident of Johnson County and her son attends school in Shawnee. She is an active member of the Shawnee Chamber of Commerce, the Central Exchange, Kansas Association of Mortgage Brokers and Good Shepherd Catholic Church. She grew up in Iola, Kansas and graduated in 1986 from Kansas State University.
