Janet has been in real estate since June 1979 and has both her Kansas and Missouri licenses. Janet represents both Buyers and Sellers, working with corporate transfers to first time buyers. Her college education is from Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas with an AA Business Degree. Her real estate credentials are CRS, GRI and ABR, and hold the RE/MAX 100% Club each year and the HALL OF FAME award in 2000. She holds the Master Sales Award with the Floyd Wickman Seminars and the elite Platinum Club. She is a member of the KAR, MAR, KCRAR , NAR and RE/MAX International. Janet lives in Overland Park, Kansas with husband, Rich Coleman and together have four grown sons and four beautiful grandchildren.
Janet has been an active member of the PROSPECTORS as the Residential Realtor since 1982, and served as past president and served many years on the board. Janet is very active with Children's Micracle Network, helping children in the KC area and enjoys cooking, music, travel and golf.
