Our Newest Member Comes Through In The

Bottom of the Ninth Inning!

Kevin Dzurick, KC Exteriors LLC

Nothing like being put on the spot when the schedule changes. But our newest member was there to pick up the slack. When you think of anything on the exterior of your home, like windows, siding, roofs, and guttering, you should be thinking of calling Kevin Dzurick of Exterior Design of KC. LLC. Based out of Olathe, Kevin brings a real down-to-earth image to an industry whose reputation sometimes is in question.

Kevin started by asking us – how am I building my business? He stated – one job at a time. And being on EVERY job making sure it is done right – sometimes doing it himself to make sure it is done correctly.

Some jobs take but 15 minutes – others over 8 hours. But Kevin and his crew are destined to make it happen!

His replacement windows are not your top of the line "Pella" type windows, but are well made and last a long time. (called Wincore windows). They even do installs for Direct Buy Buying group.

Kevin uses a unique vinyl – wood composite siding called craneboard (sp). It looks, feels, and performs like wood. He likes this product a lot. He uses it in Nottingham for example, and it is guaranteed 100% for the life of the home, including labor. There are even no transfer fees if you sell your home to someone else.

And Kevin installs any type of roofs needed – from 30 year to lifetime warranties. And he even does repair work throughout the exterior of the home.

One other area of expertise is guttering. His philosophy here is "Do it once and be happy." He used heavy gutters and screw hinge brackets inside the through of the gutters, adding extra support. Guttering may be the least expensive thing you could do for your exterior, but if neglected, it could become your most expensive repair.

So you need to look around your home on the outside and begin making your punch list of what needs taking care of. Then give Kevin a call and let him or his staff walk you through what needs attention. Kevin said he would treat each customer fair, firm, and consistent. We have no reason to believe otherwise, so give Kevin a call when you need help.
